Graph (1). Research of compressive strength test results of prisms samples:

The results have shown that, the increase in compressive strength of prisms samples containing GGBS after 56 days of ripening in tank water was significantly higher than other concrete made with 100% CEM II/A-L.

The highest compressive strength in the samples mixes was the samples containing 30% GGBS (65.6N) and 50% GGBS (66N).

Also the results have shown that the samples containing GGBS have higher setting time (203 ÷ 255min) than the 100% CEMII/A-L were was (178min).

4.2. Tensil Strength:

Graph (2). research of Tensil strength test results of prisms samples:

The results have shown that, the increase in tensile strength of prisms samples containing GGBS after 28 days of ripening in tank water was (8.9 ÷ 9.6N) significantly higher than other samples made with 100% CEM II/A-L were was (8.6N).

The highest tensile strength in the prisms mixes was the samples containing 50% GGBS (9.6N) and 70% GGBS (9.4N).
